Wonderful 1’s Walk over Cheetham Hill

Another shrimp classic as the clubs performance player of the year of the year shines and Neston 1’s beat Cheetham Hill 1’s 4-1

Coach Andrew said-

‘Another home win tonight and a great performance beating Cheetham Hill 1’s 4-1 and I’m buzzing again!

The match started with unusually the 1 and 2s on first.. Emyr got us off to a flyer winning 3-0 and then Matt did well to win tight 3-0 so we were 2-0 up.,,

So Jamie was beat 3-0 by a very impressive Lowri so 2-1 then Ben went 2-0 down but then with a bit of talking too by me and Em he came back to win 11-9 in 5th to clinch the victory…

Finally Thommo showed why he is club male performance player of the year by winning with 3-0 win and showing his immense quality…

I feel that Thommo is a real leader in this team and a great example and love the way he listens so always learning… well done team

The clubs high level of squash shines through again as this fantastic vein of form continues and the shrimps push on through the season.
